Every writer who sets out to become a published author follows their own path, and it is a long and grueling path for most of us, with a steep uphill learning curve. One of the things I realize makes writing different from every other hobby I’ve ever fancied is that with writing, you are NEVER done learning. There is no “mastering” of writing. Even the masters are still learning. So, here I have amassed all the tools and lessons and good advice I’ve picked up along my journey so far. Hopefully others – wherever on the path they may be – will find something useful here. If not, well . . . it’s still convenient for me to have it all in one place. You can use the navigation to the right to skip around.
Please see the links page under “Writing/Industry” for some educational adventures of your own. Also, my list of agent and editor blogs are excellent resources. If you find a broken link or notice I’m missing something fantabulous, feel free to tell me. Once you’ve explored, check out my series of essays on goal-setting to help you plot your own course.
